Refund & Cancellation Policy
Lil' Cipur Preschool
At Lil’ Cipur Preschool, we aim to ensure transparency and clarity in all financial matters. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds are handled for admissions, tuition fees, and other school-related payments.
1. Admission Fee (Non-Refundable)
- The Admission/Registration Fee is strictly non-refundable, under all circumstances.
- This fee covers administrative costs, enrollment processing, and securing your child’s seat.
2. Tuition Fee Refund Policy
Tuition fees paid to Lil’ Cipur Preschool are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be granted under specific circumstances:
Refund Eligibility (If Applicable)
A partial refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- If the child has not attended a single class/sessionafter fee payment and withdrawal is requested within 7 days of payment.
- If Lil’ Cipur Preschool cancels a program or course, parents will receive a full or proportional refund for the unused period.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided if:
- The child has already attended classes
- Withdrawal is due to personal reasons (relocation, change of school, medical reasons, etc.)
- The parent is dissatisfied with teaching methods, curriculum, or environment after services have been availed
- The request is made after 7 daysof fee payment
3. Activity Fee, Event Fee & Optional Programs
Fees paid for:
- Field trips
- Annual functions
- Special activities
- After-school programs
- Workshops or events
These are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by Lil’ Cipur Preschool.
4. Digital/Online Learning Programs
Payments made for:
- Online classes
- Learning apps
- Digital content
- Virtual programs
are non-refundable, once access credentials or content has been provided.
5. Cancellation of Admission
Parents may request cancellation of admission at any time by notifying the school in writing (email or letter).
However, cancellation does not guarantee a refund of any previously paid amounts.
6. School-Initiated Cancellations
Lil’ Cipur Preschool reserves the right to cancel admission due to:
- Misconduct
- Breach of school policies
- Non-payment of fees
- Submission of false information
Refund in such cases will not be provided.
7. Mode of Refund (If Approved)
If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method
- Processing may take 7–14 working days
- Any transaction charges, processing fees, or bank charges will be deducted
8. No Refund for Partial Months
If a parent withdraws a child in the middle of a month or term:
- No prorated refundswill be given
- The full fee for that period remains payable
9. Disputes & Final Decision
All refund and cancellation decisions are made at the sole discretion of Lil’ Cipur Preschool management.
The school’s decision will be final and binding.
